Teeth Whitening
Regardless of how well you care for your teeth, it is inevitable that, over time, some yellowing or discoloration will occur. This gradual change can be caused by aging and substances that stain your teeth (such as coffee and tobacco). To combat discoloration, Legacy Dental Group offers whitening. We currently offer two different ways to lighten your teeth. The traditional take home method and an extreme bleaching which includes two in-office visits. The first option involves fabrication of custom bleaching trays which allows you to whiten your teeth at your desired pace. Generally, at-home teeth whitening takes two weeks to complete. Extreme bleaching gives you immediate results after the first visit and the final results are completed with the at home bleaching trays. Please contact Legacy Dental Group to schedule your visit.
Porcelain Veneers
One of the most versatile cosmetic dentistry procedures, porcelain veneers can be used to whiten and straighten teeth, as well as to fill in gaps between them. Veneers are thin shells of porcelain bonded permanently to your teeth. In most cases, porcelain veneers do not require a substantial amount of your original teeth to be removed, making them a strong, safe, durable option. Please contact our practice to learn about porcelain veneers. Our doctors and team members have received extensive training in this area to create the shape and color you desire. To find out if veneers are perfect for you please call Legacy Dental Group to schedule your visit.

Legacy Dental Group offers the latest advances in dentures and partial dentures to replace missing teeth and recreate your smile. We take the extra steps and time to create the smile you are proud to show off. Our office can reline your existing denture or partial in a few days minimizing the time you have to go without your teeth. Please call Legacy Dental Group to discuss options to re-create your smile with dentures so you can Smile Beautiful again!
Dental Bridges
Missing teeth can create a host of problems both aesthetic and functional, but bridges can be an option used to restore health and beauty to your smile. A bridge consists of a replacement tooth or teeth and usually two anchor crowns that are custom fitted over the adjacent teeth. Bridges can prevent teeth from moving and improve the appearance of your smile. Legacy Dental Group uses tooth-colored bridges for natural-looking results. Please call Legacy Dental Group today.
Dental Implants
For individuals who wish to replace missing teeth, another effective long-term solution is dental implants. Dental implants provide greater structural support and do not require the use of adjacent teeth. Dental implants serve as the artificial root to which new teeth are bonded. Dental implants are typically constructed of titanium, a strong and safe material that effectively attaches to bone. The procedure to insert dental implants typically involves three steps: the implant insertion stage, a period of healing for the jawbone, and the attachment of the new tooth or teeth. To find out if this is a great option for you please call Legacy Dental Group to schedule your visit.
Mini Dental Implants
Mini dental implants are another option to replace missing teeth, add strength to long span bridges, and stabilize dentures. The beauty of these mini implants is that they are placed in a non-invasive, non-surgical (no sutures) manner and they are immediately able to be used. These implants will make a loose denture lock into the mouth, ending the need for denture adhesives. We are able to use your existing denture and allow you to eat your favorite food without worry. Please call Legacy Dental Group today for more information on this new technology!
Dental Crowns
Damaged and decayed teeth can be effectively restored with tooth-colored crowns. A crown is a permanent covering that fits over your original tooth, restoring health and strength. Legacy Dental Group uses crowns matched to your natural tooth color, which improve the appearance of your smile as well as your dental health. Crowns can be used to whiten, reshape, and realign teeth as well as to repair damage. We can make custom crowns for you in just two appointments! If you ever had the notion that dental crowns look bad and are noticeable, then you’ve never noticed a beautifully crafted all-porcelain crown. Compared to older porcelain fused to metal crowns, all-porcelain crowns have a natural appearance in terms of color and contours. When done properly, it should be extremely difficult to distinguish it from a natural tooth. No dark lines are apparent at the gum line. Our office commonly replaces unsightly crowns with beautiful new porcelain crowns. We utilize our “in office dental laboratory” and the custom coloring ability of Jim Copple, certified dental technician, to match your new crown to your existing tooth or teeth. Legacy Dental Group would love to provide these beautiful crowns for you. Please call to schedule your visit today.
Bonding
A simple way to improve the appearance of your smile without teeth whitening, porcelain veneers or dental implants is cosmetic bonding. Bonding uses a natural-looking material to fill in gaps between teeth and to repair chips and cracks. Bonding of teeth does not typically require the removal of any tooth structure, making it a good alternative to crowns or porcelain veneers (in some cases). The composite material used for tooth bonding comes in many different shades, so it can be matched precisely to the color of your teeth. The result is a natural-looking means of restoring your smile that can be completed in a single appointment using our laser. Please call Legacy Dental Group and see if this is a great option for your smile.
White Composite Fillings
Until recently, dentists filled and sealed cavities exclusively using a silver and mercury amalgam. Unfortunately, these fillings (or restorations) often weaken teeth due to the large amount of the original tooth that has to be removed. Modern dentistry has increasingly turned to composite fillings as a strong and more natural looking alternative. Composite fillings utilize a white substance that is bonded to the tooth creating increased strength to the previously compromised tooth.
Root Canal Therapy
Legacy Dental Group utilizes the latest technology and instruments to effectively treat teeth that need to have a root canal. From teeth with abscesses to cavities that enter the nerve, we are usually able to complete a root canal in one visit. This therapy is an effective alternative to an extraction and allows for you to keep your teeth and avoid future problems later. Please call Legacy Dental Group for more information.

Legacy Dental Group prides itself in being able to treat children. We feel that if you gain the confidence of a child early on, then they do not have to have the fear that many adults have of the dentist. Sedation Dentistry
Our office is proud to offer sedation dentistry to our patients. There are two options, nitrous oxide sedation and conscious sedation. Nitrous oxide also known as “laughing gas” can make the more nervous patient relaxed and comfortable during dental procedures. Nitrous is a safe and effective way to decrease anxiety, and is quickly removed from the body at the end of your visit in just a few breaths. This mild sedation is a great way to enjoy your visit at Legacy Dental Group. If you feel you need a stronger sedation, our doctors can you prescribe you a mild oral sedative to take prior to your visit to help facilitate a pleasant experience. Please let us know if you would like to discuss sedation during your appointment.
